Requirements for the Initial Filing of an Application for Registration of a Utility Model

An application for registration of a utility model shall be in Filipino or English and shall contain the following:

1. A request for the registration of a Utility Model;(to be accomplished by our firm)
2. A description of the Utility Model;
3. Drawings necessary for the understanding of the Utility Model;
4. Claim; and
5. An abstract.
