Requirements for the Initial Filing of an Invention Patent Application

The patent application shall be in Filipino or English and shall contain the following :

1. A request for the grant of a patent, (to be accomplished by our firm)

2. A description of the Invention;

3. Drawings necessary for the understanding of the Invention;

4. One or more claims; and

5. An abstract.
