FILING AN AFFIDAVIT OF USE OR NON-USE IN CAMBODIA

A. GENERAL INFORMATION

To avoid cancellation of the registered mark, the registrant must file an Affidavit of Use or Non-Use within one year following the 5th anniversary of the date of registration, with corresponding fees.

B. FILING REQUIREMENTS (For filing affidavit of use or non-use)

• Signed Affidavit of Use or Non-Use;
• Original Certificate of Trademark Registration.
